How to Revive

Recommended Videos

Multiplayer matches in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End can prove to be pretty hectic. As you and your team run, climb, jump, and swing about the large maps, you’ll have to deal with some deadly opponents trying to shoot you down. Having a teammate dropped during an intense firefight can often spell disaster for your team, luckily Uncharted 4 included a revive mechanic for multiplayer.

When one of your buddies gets downed mid-match, you can race over and start to revive them by holding down the Triangle button on your DualShock 4 controller. Even if they start to move away, as long as you started the revive, it will still work.

Alternatively, if you happen to have a RevivePak, you can throw it at them and watch them rise from the ashes from a much safer distance.

Using Revive Packs

Revive Packs are a much safer option when in an intense situation. Although equipping one can be a bit confusing at times. There are two ways to get a Revive Pack into your loadout; you can use a preset or you can create a custom one. When in the Multiplayer menu, choose these options.

For the Pre-Set, simple head to the Loadouts menu from the main Multiplayer menu. Then, tab over to Pre-Sets and select the Support one. It comes preloaded with a RevivePak.

You can also create a custom one by heading to the Loadouts menu from the main Multiplayer menu, then going to Custom, Adding a Custom Loadout, going to Add Purchasable, selecting Gear, and choosing RevivePak. It will cost you 2 LP for your loadout.

Then, when inside the game, collect some cash and activate the RevivePak by hitting the touchpad and using the proper direction on your d-pad. Just throw it at your friend in need and you’ll be set.

Either way, by hand or with the RevivePak gets the job done and keeps your buddies in the action, so make sure to keep an eye out for those in need.
