A bulk of your time in Tunic is spent seeking out the three colored gems, or keys as the game calls them, that are seemingly missing from the large artifact-like structure in the center of the hall with the golden doors, which you’ll have opened by ringing the East and West Belltowers. However, once you’ve got these, you’re probably wondering what you’re supposed to do with them, and then where you’re supposed to go after that. Here’s everything you need to know about what to do after getting all colored keys in Tunic.
What to Do with the Colored Keys
After you’ve got the third and final colored key from the farthest stretches of the world, you’ll then need to return to the large hall through the golden doors you previously opened.
Inside, you’ll find the large artifact with some spinning metallic parts in the center. Around the edges of this, you’ll find three slots where you’ll need to place the three colored keys into.
You can do this by walking up to one of the slots on the corners and pressing A and then confirming you want to do whatever the ancient language in the text box says.
After this, a small animation will play and then you’ll be put back in control of the action… except, you’re not really told where you’re supposed to go next.
Where to Go After Getting All Colored Gems in Tunic
To proceed the story, you want to go to the portal hub area, by standing on one of the gold portal plates on the ground and pressing and holding A for three seconds.
Once in the hub world, walk over to the middle gold plate and press A.
This will take you to a boss battle, so make sure you’re all prepared… though it might not necessarily help you.
After that, some things will play out in cutscenes and you’ll be ready to carry on with your adventure.
