After you complete chapter 4 of the main story, you’ll unlock more options at the Bloom Palace. Head back there and talk to Tiki, and you’ll see a new option that allows you to change a character’s class.

Every character has two classes available to unlock, and doing so drastically raises their stats to make them much more formidable. It can also change their Mirage’s appearance in battle.

However, the catch is that you need to use a Master Seal in order to change classes, just like in your typical Fire Emblem game.

Master Seals can be acquired in a variety of ways, and you can check out our guide on that right here.

Either way, once you have a Master Seal in hand, head over to the Bloom Palace and talk to Tiki. Choose the Classes option, choose the character whose class you want change, then confirm your selection to spend your Master Seal. That’s all there is to it.

To recap, here’s how to change character classes in Tokyo Mirage Sessions FE Encore:

  1. Complete chapter 4 of the main story.

  2. Obtain a Master Seal through the main story, side stories, or the Arena.
