Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Max Level Cap

The max level cap in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is 40. That may seem a bit low when compared to other games in the Borderlands universe, but this game is also a bit shorter by comparison when looking at just the main questline. There’s also the potential for it to increase with updates and DLC like in the mainline games.

Once you hit level 40, the game provides more ways to improve your character called Myth Ranks. These ranks allow you to unlock even better versions of whichever class/archetype you choose.

How to Level Up Fast

There are several ways to level up quickly in the Wonderlands. Follow these steps and you’ll reach max level in no time:

  1. Find the purple Shrine Pieces for the Shrine of Grindanna in the Overworld.

This specific shrine will reward you with a permanent 10% boost to all experience gained.Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Grindanna Shrine Piece (1)

  2. Complete all available side quests before continuing the main story.

There are several locations that are completely optional. You never need to visit them to finish the game but they contain whole questlines with plenty of XP and loot.

  3. Enter dungeons and camps found all over the Overworld.

There are small camps and glowing doors located in every zone on the Overworld and they contain enemies to fight in small arenas, which can help with grinding.Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Overworld Camp (1)

  4. Walk in the tall grass in the Overworld.

Like Pokemon — and this is definitely a direct reference — random encounters will start as enemies appear if you walk in tall grass in the Overworld.Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Tall Grass (1)

  5. Take on the Chaos Chamber.

After beating the game, if you still need to grind a bit to reach level 40, you can enter the Chaos Chamber randomized dungeon inside Brighthoof Castle for great loot and more XP.Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Chaos Chamber (1)
