Is Spyro Reignited Trilogy Coming to PC?
Last week we finally got the news we’ve all been waiting for: the purple dragon that was such a highlight of so many gamer’s childhood memories is making his long-awaited return to our TVs in proper adventures (not that Skylanders malarky). Spyro Reignited Trilogy may not have us embarking on entirely new adventures, but it will have us replaying the original three (and pretty wonderful) games in the series. While we know it’s coming to PS4 and Xbox One later this year, some fans have been wondering if it’ll also come to PC at the same time.
Currently, there’s no word on Spyro Reignited Trilogy coming to PC. According to IGN, developer Toys for Bob’s studio head Paul Yan and art director Josh Nadelberg could not comment on whether or not there’s a PC version in the works. This suggests that we won’t be seeing Spyro Reignited Trilogy coming to the PC the same day as it does the PS4 and Xbox One. However, it does also suggest there may be a little more to the story than it’s simply not coming. If this does turn out to be the case, we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know.
