Simply put, it enables you to web up a brute enemy (the larger, heavier ones), and then grab and throw them by holding down Triangle and looking at them. Throw the brute at a group of enemies and any in a wide area will be stunned, damage, or affected in some way. Considering these guys have a real love for beating you into the ground, there’s nothing more satisfying than doing a bit of goon bowling with one of ’em.
