There’s a few different multiplayer options in Sniper Elite 4. You can choose to join an online game using matchmaking, picking the mode you’d like and joining an existing lobby, you can create a private lobby, or you can play in co-op.

How to Invite Friends in Sniper Elite 4

While it’s pretty simple in co-op and when you create your own private match, with you simply pressing square (X if you’re on Xbox One) to see your friends and invite them, it’s a little more confusing when trying to join an existing game with your friend.

Rather than inviting them to your lobby before jumping into a match, you first need to start the matchmaking process by choosing the Sniper Elite 4 mode you want to play in.

Then, the game will search for an active lobby and you’ll join it. As the timer counts down until the match begins, you can now invite friends by pressing square and selecting the friends you want to invite. You can then select confirm to fire the invite off to them.

However, since you’ll be in an active lobby which will be about to enter a game, you’ll have to be quick about inviting whoever you want to play with. the best thing to do is make sure you’re all ready to do what’s needed before one of you starts the matchmaking process.

That’s everything you need to know about how to invite friends in Sniper Elite 4. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite. We also have some other helpful guides on the game down below.
