A Career Reward in The Sims 4 is an object that’s unlocked when one of your Sims reaches a specific level in whatever career they’re in. As such, you’re likely wondering how to unlock all career rewards in The Sims 4.

While some of these are nothing more than a means of making your house a little more aesthetically pleasing, others can be used to help increase a skill that Sim may need for their particular Career more quickly. This is done by clicking on the item and selecting the ‘Emotional Aura’ option. This will increase the rate at which your Sim improves in that particular skill.

Unlocking Career Rewards Normally

As we mentioned briefly above, Career Reward items can be unlocked by having a Sim reach a certain level within that career. Almost every career has numerous abilities, and items that are unlocked at each Career Level from 2-6.

Unlocking every Sims 4 Career Reward this way would take a significant amount of time, which may be fine if you’re content on grinding them out. If you just want to have them all immediately, though, there’s another option available to you.

Unlock All Career Rewards Cheat in The Sims 4

There’s a cheat you can use to unlock all Career Rewards in The Sims 4. To use this, first press Ctrl + Shift + C (Command on Mac). In the text box that appears, type ‘testingcheats true’ and press Enter.

Next, open up the text box again and enter ‘bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement

Once you’ve entered this, you should now find that every single Career Reward from every Career you’ve got available to your Sims in the game will now be available for you to purchase.
