The Sims 4 features a lot of different paths to set your characters on for a career. Deciding which job you want to pursue is a difficult challenge, primarily since you’ll be investing time into earning that career. Luckily, we’ve got everything you need to know about all career cheats in Sims 4 right here.

Before you make any adjustments to your career path, you’ll need to have activated cheats. Accomplish this by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + C at the same time. 

After pressing those buttons, a bar appears that you can type cheats into. To activate it, type in “testingcheats true” without the speech marks.

Now that cheats are active, pick your career. Once you’ve got your dream job in mind, the option to rise through the ranks or switch careers can be altered based on the cheats listed below.

You can change your career at any time with these cheats, allowing your sim to experience a wealth of different jobs.

If you ever wanted to demote your sim, switch the word “promote” with “demote.” This will lower them by one branch in their career.
