It is important to note that there is no clear-cut health packs or items that’ll heal your health in Sifu. Instead, you can earn bits of health back and improve your health bar a few different ways.

How to Health Your Health in Sifu

  1. The main way to heal health is by beating opponents using takedowns.

    When fighting many opponents, you’ll wear them down to the point where a button prompt for triangle & circle/Y & B will pop up. Executing this will give you back a sliver of your health.

  2. Increase structure reserve.

    At the shrines, you have the ability to increase your overall structure by spending experience points you’ve gained via combos and other fights. This allows you to block longer and save health. You can upgrade this multiple times per run.

  3. Increase the amount of health you get back from takedowns.

    Another ability you can purchase at the shrines gives your more health back with takedowns. You can upgrade this multiple times per run.
