Secret Achievements and Trophies – Resident Evil 7
Just like any modern release, Resident Evil 7 has a series of achievements and trophies for players to unlock as they make their way through the game. There are achievements and trophies for all kinds of different activities. From simply starting the adventure, to reading all of the documents scattered through the world, to even finishing it in under four hours.
While you can check out most of the achievements on your Xbox One or PC and trophies on your PS4, there are some secret ones you won’t be able to see. These secret achievements and trophies are, for the most part, related to story events. With that in mind, if you want to avoid any spoilers for Resident Evil 7’s story, we advise you don’t look at our explanation of these below.

End of the Night (40G) – Get ending 1. This is the “good” ending in the game and requires you to save Mia after the boathouse segment. You can find out more about this decision and its ending here. You’ll have to play all the way to the end of Resident Evil 7 after making this decision to unlock this. This will likely be one of the last secret achievements you get.
Just a Memory Now (40G) – Get ending 2. This is the “bad” ending that you get from saving Zoe instead of Mia. If you want to read about this, click here. Back Off, Mrs. B! (40G) – Fight off Marguerite while she wanders the old house to make her run away. For this one, you’ll need to make Marguerite Baker run away from you as she’s naturally wandering around the house. This cannot be one of the force interactions with her, but at a moment where you could have avoided her. Unload a ton of ammo into here and this secret achievement will be yours.
Duck If You Love Life (40G) – Avoid Jack’s scissor attack by crouching. When you fight Jack in the morgue area of the house he’ll pull out these large scissors. Crouch when he does his high attack.
Fly Swatter (40G) – Shoot and knock back Marguerite while she’s leaping at you. Marguerite has a jump attack that she does in her spider form during the greenhouse encounter. Hit her with your shotgun when she leaps.
