How to Get the Shotgun in Resident Evil 2 Remake
Capcom’s remake of Resident Evil 2 has arrived, and we are now able to return to a beautiful version of Raccoon City. You’ll still need powerful weapons to take out the zombies, though. Here is everything you need to know about how to get the shotgun in Resident Evil 2.
You will need the Weapons Storage Card, which is located in the Art Room, but you’ll need to follow a few steps first to get it.
To start, you’ll need the Spade Key before you can get the shotgun, which you may know how to get if you’ve played through the One Shot Demo before release. To get it, you need to head to the third floor of the west wing and grab it from the desk in the small room in that area.
Once you’ve grabbed the Spade Key, head back to the main hall, then go on to the east corridor of the second floor and head into the Waiting Room that you’ll find there.
There will be a locked door that that you can use the Spade Key on. It’s quite easy to tell which one from the shape of the lock. You’ll get access to a new corridor and some new rooms once you’ve opened the door.
Directly opposite you then is the Art Room, where you’ll find the Weapons Storage Card, which will allow you to get the shotgun.
Now, all you need to do is grab the weapon. Head back down to the first floor of the west wing and go to the Safety Deposit Room. At the end of that room, you’ll see the Weapons Storage Cabinet.
You’ll find the shotgun in there, so go up to it and use the card on in. You’ll then be able to add the shotgun to your inventory and run around the precinct blasting zombies away.
