What the Max Weapon Level Is in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart

Every weapon in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart can be upgraded to a maximum of Level 5 when playing through the campaign. Just as your character would level in an RPG, it is your weapons in Rift Apart that level up, and every time they do you’ll see an on-screen prompt along with a short slow-mo effect.

Throughout the campaign, you’ll level up and use raritanium to upgrade your weapons to their maximum potential, though you’ll have to pick and choose which you want to upgrade most since it’s likely you’ll reach the end of the story long before upgrading all of them.

Challenge Mode is a little different since the max level cap is increased to 10 and a bunch of new upgrades will become available. This acts almost like a New Game+ mode that gives you a reason to play through the game a second time.

To actually unlock this next tier of upgrades you must purchase the Omega version of the weapon you have maxed out from Ms. Zurkon. These are pretty expensive, though, so you’ll need a plentiful supply of bolts to afford them.

That’s everything you need to know on what the max weapon level is in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
