Rainbow Six Siege: How to Get Outbreak Packs

How to Get Outbreak Packs in Rainbow Six Siege

Recommended Videos

Now that Rainbow Six Siege’s new, zombie focused Outbreak mode has arrived, you can begin opening Outbreak Packs, the game’s version of loot boxes. They drop unique rewards and cannot contain duplicate items, so you’ll probably sink quite a lot of cash into them.

The Outbreak packs will only be in the game while the Outbreak mode is available, which means basically until early April. If you’re reading this past that time, just know you’re out of luck, unfortunately. But to find the packs, start and the main menu and select the icon on the left hand side of the screen that looks like a yellow four leaf clover or waypoint indicator.

Here, you be able to cycle between the pack types and find the Outbreak Packs option. Below, you’ll be able to see three options: Open Now, Get Packs, and Collection. Open Now will only be an option if you already have packs available. You may have some because four are given for free when the event begins. Alternatively, if you want to purchase packs, click on Get Packs, where you’ll find five options.

  • 1 Pack – 300 R6 Credits
  • 4 Packs – 1200 R6 Credits
  • 8 Packs – 2400 R6 Credits
  • 24 Packs – 7200 R6 Credits
  • 46 Packs – 13800 R6 Credits

Since Outbreak Packs are a premium item, you’ll need R6 credits. If you don’t have any, buy one of the bundles as you usually would. The larger bundles of R6 credits, the more bonus credits you will get included, so they’ll be better value.

That’s it, though! That’s how you get Outbreak Packs in Rainbow Six Siege! For more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite. If you need specific help with something, let us know what it is in the comments down below and we’ll do our best to help you out with your issue.
