Rainbow Six Extraction: Is There a Difficulty Achievement & Trophy? Answered

Rainbow Six Extraction difficulty achievement

Ubisoft’s latest entry in the Rainbow Six franchise represents a marked departure from the typically military/anti-terrorism theme that has up until this point been a hallmark. This time around, players are tasked with fending off an alien threat. Many of the mechanics and systems, however, are lifted straight from Siege, and so tactical shooting is still very much the order of the day. That means challenging gameplay; but is there a Rainbow Six Extraction difficulty achievement and trophy for those who really want to push their skills to the limit? Here’s what you need to know.

Is There a Rainbow Six Extraction Difficulty Achievement & Trophy? Answered

No, there is not a difficulty trophy or any achievement tied to the difficulty/ threat level of a mission. You do not need to worry about playing the game on the hardest difficulty levels to achieve a 100% playthrough of the game.

However, there are trophies for reaching 55,000 XP in a single incursion, which doesn’t necessarily strictly depend on running Severe or Critical difficulty to do but would be vastly more difficult to achieve without doing so. That’s because two difficulty levels grant an objective XP multiplier (100% for Severe, 150% for Critical) and so push you closer to the XP goal at a faster rate.

For those looking for some of Extraction’s other tricky difficulty challengers, there is one that requires you to equip headgear to 18 level 10 Operators. That means getting every Operator to maximum level in the game.

That’s everything you need to know regarding Rainbow Six Extraction Buddy Pass, including how to invite friends and play with them for free. For more tips, tricks, and guides, head over to our wiki, search for Twinfinite, or see more of our coverage on the game below.
