PlayStation Store Free Games, DLC, Themes, and more

Every Tuesday, when the PlayStation Store updates, there is a selection of newly added free items for the PS4 that often go overlooked. To get the best bang for your buck (AKA free stuff on PSN), let’s sift the free games, DLC, and themes out from the paid, shall we?

Free PSN Games

While this week on the PlayStation Store is certainly light on DLC, there are two additional games outside of the PlayStation Plus offerings that might lift your spirits. First off, Island Saver, a free-to-play game which gives off a Slime Rancher vibe. After that is the Lego Ninjago Movie Video Game that WB Games is offering for free until May 21. Neither game require a PlayStation Plus subscription to “buy”.

Free PSN DLC

All the free DLC up on the PlayStation Store this week are these two items for free-to-play game 3on3 FreeStyle. You were warned it was light. Hopefully between Lego Ninjago and Island Saver, you really get your money’s worth this week. Get it? Money’s worth? Because it’s free? We’re sorry for the weak PlayStation Store humor. While that one DLC does say April, the store shows it came out this month, so that’s strange.

That’s it for this week, folks. Hope we helped you find something worth your money. Sorry. Last one.
