Every Tuesday, when the PlayStation Store updates, there is a selection of newly added free items for the PS4 that often go overlooked. To get the best bang for your buck (AKA free stuff on PSN), let’s sift the free games, DLC, and themes out from the paid, shall we?
Free PSN Games
It’s the second week in May on the PlayStation Store and the free games have been available since last Tuesday. It’s a rather chill selection this month, good for laid back moments of peace during chaotic times. Whether you want to farm or construct a city, the peaceful quality to both is on offer.

Free PSN DLC
You might’ve heard recently that Dying Light, a five year old game is set to receive some new story DLC. It is very much no secret that Techland has been supporting their game steadily since launch, and if you’re looking forward to that DLC, this week has something for you. The PlayStation Store is here to deliver you a pack of free Dying Light weapons. After all, who doesn’t like free? Liking weapons is optional.
- AUDICA: “Avalanche” – Bex
- AUDICA: “Girls Be Dancing” – Party Bois
- AUDICA: “Long Run” – Hausman and Jenni Rudolph ft. Lys
- Dying Light – Unturned Weapon Pack
That’s it for free this week, folks. The PlayStation Store has been a tad bit dry lately, hopefully as we kick into summer things will heat up. Get it? Heat up? Summer? Have a good week.
