How to Get a Seth with High Counter in Persona 5

The final rank of the Strength Confidant unlocks the ability Special Treatment, which allows you to pay in order to fuse Personas of a higher level than you. This is a great way to up your power and tackle the late game. Of course, as with the other ranks of this Persona 5 bond, you’ll need to show Caroline and Justine, wardens of the Velvet Room, a Persona with a specific ability. For Rank 10 it’s a Seth with High Counter.

You’ll need to be at least level 51 to do this, so make sure to level up either in Mementos or in a Palace. You’ll need to combine four different Personas to create a Seth:

  • Isis
  • Thoth
  • Anubis
  • Horus

Now it’s time to get the High Counter ability. There are two ways to do this. You can get a High Counter Skill Card by completing the request “The Killer Laughs in the Garbage Can,” which becomes available on 10/14. Simply give use that card on Seth and you’re all set. If you no longer have it for some reason, though, there’s always strengthening. You can strengthen with any of the following Personas that are holding the ability. Just make sure to save first since the inherited skill is random:

  • Hope Diamond
  • Hecatoncheires
  • Dakini (Lvl. 52)

Once you have your Seth with High Counter, show it to the twins to max out the Strength Confidant.
