How to Check Player Stats in NBA 2K18
Improving your custom character to become the best baller in the league has always been the core focus of NBA 2K’s MyCareer mode. NBA 2K18 highlights this with Road to 99, a meta-game mode that rewards you for raising your overall rating. Weirdly enough, some of your character’s stats are actually hidden behind several menus. So, where do you find these numbers?
You can check your player stats either via the Nav button in The Neighborhood or during NBA matches. The player stats in the Nav menu is limited, lacking attributes such as the free throw rating, reaction time, and hustle. To check your stats via the Nav, go to League Stats, click Player Stats, press Show Player Card while toggling on your custom character, and then press your controller’s back bumpers until you see the attributes section.
Meanwhile, the player stats menu during NBA matches shows your full list of attributes. To check your stats during matches, bring up the menu and go to game stats then click Box Score. Find your player and then click View Player Card. Lastly, press the back bumpers until you see the attributes section.
