After the massive critical success that was 2018’s Monster Hunter World, Capcom is looking to follow that up with the brand new Iceborne expansion. This expansion comes with new Pendants, so here’s how to get Pendants in Monster Hunter World Iceborne and what they do.
What They Do in Monster Hunter World
Pendants are basically like in-game achievements and trophies that you can get in Monster Hunter World Iceborne after hitting certain milestones.
Upon receiving a Pendant, you’ll then be rewarded with cosmetic items that allow you to customize your weapons and armor to give them a special flair to be shown off to other players online.
They don’t have any bearing on actual gameplay, and are mostly just there for collectors and players who want to see everything this game has to offer.
They also primarily act as incentives for veterans to help out lower rank players, as there are quite a few Pendants to be gotten from completing Low Rank and High Rank hunts.
Since Iceborne introduces the new Master Rank tier, MR players will have an incentive to go back to help LR and HR players.

At the time of writing, we don’t exactly have a comprehensive list of every Pendant available in the game, but here’s a list of different milestones you need to hit to get a new one.
