The skin is part of a pack in Modern Warfare. The skin is called Azreal, but you won’t look completely like the Grim Reaper unless you use one or two other items in the pack.

The Ghost Grim Reaper Pack also includes the Sickle melee weapon that you can use as a secondary weapon. With that equipped and on his back, Ghost will look a lot like the Grim Reaper, and certainly more so than just having the cloak that the skin offers on.

How to Get Grim Reaper Ghost Skin in Modern Warfare & Warzone

To get it, head to the store and purchase the Ghost Grim Reaper Pack, which will cost you 2400 CoD points. You can see exactly what is included in the screenshot down below.

Then, to make Ghost look like the Grim Reaper in-game, you’ll have to head to the Operators tab of the lobby menu first. Select the Coalition faction, select Ghost, and press triangle if you’re on PS4 (Y on Xbox) to customize him. Then, select Azrael from the list of skins available.

Now, to have the Sickle on his back, you’ll need to equip it as a secondary weapon in a loadout. You won’t be able to use the Overkill perk, but Ghost will look cool with the scythe on his back.

You should then see Ghost as the Grim Reaper in the lobby menu when searching for a game and in matches.
