Minecraft Dungeons currently does not have cross platform multiplayer meaning you’re only able to play with those on the same platform as you. For example, if you’re playing on Xbox One, you wouldn’t be able to play with a friend playing on PS4.

This isn’t going to be the case forever though. Microsoft has confirmed that Minecraft Dungeons will have cross play multiplayer in the future as part of an update for the game, but no release date has been provided for this as of yet.

There’s no word on whether or not this will be introduced as part of a future update. As and when we get any word on this, we’ll update this post once again and let you know.
