What the Download and Install Size Is for Miles Morales

Spider-Man: Miles Morales’ download and install size isn’t too bad, regardless of whether you’re playing on PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4.

Those who picked up the game as a PS5 launch title can expect to use up around 39.13 Gigabytes on the new console. This may vary based on things like day one patches, future updates, and so forth.

The PS4 version, meanwhile, will take up a slightly larger amount, with the total falling somewhere around 51.81 Gigabytes. The larger size is likely due to the game being intended to run on next-gen consoles, and as a result, requires a larger amount of storage space to run properly.

Either way, both versions of Spider-Man: Miles Morales are within a decently sized storage range and shouldn’t require too much rearranging of your save data. Likewise, each shouldn’t take more than an hour to download and install, with the PS5 version downloading more quickly thanks to its stronger performance specs.

That’s really all there is to it. With any luck, you won’t hit too many speed bumps on your way to downloading the game and can jump into it as soon as possible.

Hopefully this cleared up how what the download and install size is for Spider-Man: Miles Morales. For more on the game, check out some of our other guides on topics like how to get the Into the Spider-Verse suit and how to save your game.
