In the second to last story mission in Miles Morales, you’ll end up at the Oscorp Science Center so that you can speak to Phin. Before you walk into the main exhibit, a flashback will occur and you’ll get to control a younger Miles as he and Phin look for their science project.

There are lots of little things to interact with within the space, but you need to head over to this huge, purple-colored rocket exhibit, which should not be hard to miss. As soon as you gain control of Miles, just walk to the left-hand side of the room.
