Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Upgrade

Upgrading your items in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy all depends on two things: resources and location. The resources can be found in the form of Basic Components and Advanced Components that are scattered throughout each level of the game.

Every time you collect enough of these, a notification will let Starlord know that upgrades are available. In order to actually implement the upgrades, you’ll need to visit one of the many workbenches scattered throughout the game with Rocket.

You’ll find most of these naturally as you progress throughout each level. If you’re having trouble finding them, don’t worry too much, as Peter can always talk to Rocket about upgrading items while on the Milano. The workbench here is located right next to the couch in the common area.

That is everything you need to know how to upgrade in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. If you’re still on the hunt for more info about the game, be sure to check out all of the guide wiki, as it’ll surely have all of the tips, tricks, and FAQs you could ever have about the game.
