Like most AAA games that have released this generation, Marvel’s Avengers comes packed with some special pre-order DLC for those who put their money down for the game ahead of its official release date on Sept 4. If you’ve pre-ordered Marvel’s Avengers and already have those special DLC skins on your mind, you’re in the right place. Here’s how to redeem pre-order DLC in Avengers Game.

Redeeming Pre-Order DLC in Avengers Game

First off, if you pre-ordered a digital copy of Marvel’s Avengers, just go right ahead and load up the game, there’s no step you need to do right now in order to claim your bonus content. If you pre-ordered a physical copy of the game, you’ll need to enter the code on the Xbox One digital storefront or the PlayStation Store. Confirm you want to redeem the Marvel’s Avengers Pre-Order Bonus DLC.

Next, load up Marvel’s Avengers and start playing through either the campaign or the Avengers Initiative multiplayer component of the game.

Regardless of what option you choose, you’ll find your pre-order bonus DLC will be available for each character once you unlock/ select them and go to the ‘Cosmetics’ tab.

The only exception to this rule is the exclusive dynamic PSN theme that PS4 owners will also get as part of their pre-order bonus DLC. For this, simply go through your PS4’s settings and change the theme. Your new dynamic theme can be found here.
