How to Unlock More ISO-8 Slots in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3

Like any RPG, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 places a heavy emphasis on earning new abilities and upgrades as a reward for leveling. ISO-8 slots are no different, serving as a way to compensate you for all the hard work.

Before we dive too deep into how to unlock more slots, it is important to know some background information; like what exactly ISO-8 Slots even are?

For every character in the game, each starts out with one stat-boosting crystal slots, known as ISO-8s. In short, they are essentially equipment that can be added to a character in order to provide a specific buff or boost.

In total, there are four slots that can be unlocked, which includes the first one each character starts with. Just like with the abilities in the game, the main way to unlock these slots is by leveling characters.

Level 20 and Beyond

Once you reach level 20 in the game, you’ll be able to start unlocking more. At the moment, we’ve been able to get a character to level 49, and they have three slots unlocked.

The more slots that you get, the more powerful you become. The more powerful you become, the better chance you have at defeating Thanos and his Black Order.
