What Is Preloading?

Preloading allows you to download the full game onto your Nintendo Switch before the official release date if you pre-order the game from the Nintendo eShop. This means you can begin playing on the release date without having to wait to download the entire game or any pesky updates, either.

Mario Golf Super Rush Preload Times

You can now preload Mario Golf: Super Rush if you’ve pre-ordered the game via the Nintendo eShop on your Nintendo Switch.

Once you’ve confirmed your payment, you should then be given a message informing you that the game will begin downloading and you can check its progress on the home screen.

It’s worth noting that Super Rush will take up just under 3 GB on your Nintendo Switch’s internal storage, so make sure you’ve got the space free before going ahead and preloading the game.

When Does Mario Golf: Super Rush Unlock?

Even when the game has finished preloading and is installed on your Switch, you won’t be able to play it until the official release date. The game releases on June 25, 2021, and you’ll be able to begin playing as soon as the clock strikes midnight in your timezone.

That’s everything you need to know about the Mario Golf: Super Rush preload and unlock times. For more tips, tricks and guides, head over to our upcoming wiki for the game, or see more of our coverage below.
