How to Fill Specialty Gauge in Lost Ark

The specialty gauge in Lost Ark is otherwise known as the Mysterious Magick Meter, and it will display in the center of the hot bar at the bottom of your screen regardless of which character class you have chosen to play.

This gauge fills up as you defeat enemies and chain combos with your skills. In our experience, using a selection of different attacks charges it faster than simply repeating a basic one.

The Mysterious Magick Meter will not charge while you are in Magick Enhanced State or Arcane Torrent State.

  1. Fill the Mysterious Magick Meter by repeatedly attacking enemies. Using varied attacks charges it faster.

  2. Once it’s filled up, hit Z/X to activate the two different abilities associated with it.

The gauge gives you different bonuses depending on your class. For example, the sorceress class can make use of Arcane Rupture by pressing Z, while X activates her Blink ability. Note, these are different from standard character skills, which you can find more information about here.

That should give you everything you need to know about how to fill the specialty gauge in Lost Ark. For more tips, tricks, and guides, search for Twinfinite, or see more of our coverage on the game below.
