The creepy platformer, Little Nightmares 2, features puzzles from start to finish. Many of them are nice and simple, but some require extra thought and finding some particular items. If you’re stumped as to where it is, here’s everything you need to know about how to get the Hospital Key in Little Nightmares 2.

When you’re in the hospital area of the game, you’ll need to tune the transmission in the building. Then, right after being transported to the next area, you’ll need to find a key to unlock the door upstairs.

How to Get the Hospital Key in Little Nightmares 2

What you need to do is walk all the way to the right until you get to the x-ray room. Once you’re inside, look to the left to see the board with all the x-ray scans on it.

On it you’ll spot an x-ray of a teddy bear with a key in it, which suggests a teddy as eaten a key at some point in its life. Anyway, while we tried to grab the teddy and take it to the x-ray machine, there was nothing it in.

Instead, we found the key in the rabbit, which was unexpected. It’s possible that the stuffed toy in question changes each time, so try what we did and hopefully you’ll be as successful as us.

To get the hospital key out of the bunny toy, drag it past the x-ray room and into the freight elevator just outside the door that’s to the right of the machine. Now, throw it into the incinerator and jump on the handle to turn it on. After it has burned up, jump in and grab the key that’s left in the remnants.

You’ll now be able to head back to the door upstairs to unlock it and carry on with the game.
