As you make your way through the hospital level, you’ll need to defeat mannequin hand enemies. These are very quick, can dodge, and take multiple hits, making them one of the more annoying enemy types in the game.

To beat a mannequin hand, you’ll need to learn their tell. Right before they are about to attack, they will crack their index finger and middle finger. This is your cue to attack, so get a few hits in while they’re doing this. Repeat this a few times and you’ll defeat the mannequin hand.

Once it’s defeated, the mannequin hand will remain on-screen. To unlock the ‘…And Stay Dead’ trophy and achievement, simply hit it three or four more times after it’s dead. That’s all there is to it!

If this doesn’t work on the first hand mannequin you come across, try it on the next and hit it up to five times. This should cause the trophy/ achievement to pop if it failed to at first.
