The brand new battle royale Hyper Scape has left its technical PC test phase and has launched into open beta. Here’s how to download the beta in Hyper Scape.

How to Download Open Beta

If you want to participate in the Hyper Scape open beta you’ll need to download the Uplay client from Ubisoft’s website. Once you’ve downloaded the client and made an account or linked an existing account you’ll see Ubisoft’s entire PC catalog, including Hyper Scape.

Click on Hyper Scape and click the download button, this will begin the open beta download. Once it’s downloaded you will be able to jump in and begin playing.

It’s worth noting that the open beta is currently only available on PC and there is no word if the beta will be coming to consoles. However, Hyper Scape will be launching on consoles as well when it officially releases at a later date.

  1. Go to Ubisoft’s website

    Go to Ubisoft’s website to download the Uplay client

  2. Make or link an account

    Make or link a Ubisoft account to log in.

  3. Download

    Once you’re logged into Uplay simply click the download button on Hyper Scape.

The open beta has a free 30 tier battle pass to work through as well as a bevy of different cosmetic items to purchase in the marketplace. Be sure to check the marketplace out.

These were not available in the technical test so it gives returning players something new to check out and work towards with each match. There is also a brand new SMG called the Harpy to play around with.
