FIFA 23 Guide to Out of Position Hudson-Odoi

As we’ve discussed before, players typically have to try their luck with packs or test their resolve in the transfer market in order to land one of these special cards. But more and more this season, FUT have released theme-based objectives for players to grind away at. One look at Hudson-Odoi tells us these are worth it, even if it means playing online friendlies.

It takes a little bit of menu hopping to access, but simply go from Home > Objectives > Objectives > Out of Position: Hudson-Odoi, and you’re there. Once you arrive, you’ll see four objectives. You’ll also see your reward for accomplishing each, which can be viewed below.

5 Back [Reward: Position Modifier; 75+ Rated Rare Player Pack]

Players must assist 5 goals while playing in the live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece. And they must do so while including 5 defenders in their Starting XI. As always, that does not mean the player has to finish the match with that many defenders in their squad.

Winged Attack [Reward: Position Modifier; Gold Pack]

While playing the live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece, players must score 4 goals using LWs with a minimum 80 pace. There is no match requirement to achieve this, and you do not have to score in consecutive games or anything like that.

Tactical Genius [Reward: Position Modifier; Two Players Pack]

Here comes the match requirement bit. Once again, while playing through the live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece, players must score and assist with RWs in 3 separate matches. At the very least, you do not have to win those as well. This may be the trickiest of the four objectives, if we’re being quite honest.

Victorious in Germany [Reward: Position Modifier; Small Electrum Players Pack]

And last but certainly not least, especially because you can do these in any order, players must score using Bundesliga players in 6 separate wins. That’s the big one, and the one that may prove to be the most difficult. Of course, players must achieve this within the live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece.

We’re just going to say, it’s a nice touch to include a Position Modifier card for every reward this time around. Combine that with a fairly regular, five-time repeatable Position Modifier SBC, and you should not be running out of those useful cards anytime soon.

So that’s that, everything players need to know in order to unlock the Hudson-Odoi Out of Position card in FIFA 23. We say it’s worth it.
