With wiretap planting and data drive recovery behind us, it is time to move onto the next Resistance week five quest. This time we will handle how to set up a direct relay with the Paradigm in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2.

Before we can work on setting up the direct relay, however, we must deal with the initial objective of “Establish Device Link near Sanctuary.” Here are the spots on the map to do this, but we went to the south point to keep out of some of the usual craziness at Sanctuary. It is recommended you follow along with us to get through this quest with ease.

How to set up a direct relay with the Paradigm in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2.

  1. To Establish Device Uplink you’ll want to touch the hologram audio log found here that will advance the quest.

    This one is on a high hill to the south overlooking Sanctuary.

  2. From here you will open up the real quest of “Set up a direct relay with the Paradigm near Sanctuary.”

  3. Here is where those locations are, and you will only need to do one of these.

    We went to the one in the southeast, so you will once again want to follow us.

  4. You will be able to find the relay that you’ll need to activate at the top of the hill that is covered in craters.

    It will look like this, and shouldn’t be hard to spot.

  5. Here is what it looks like up close.

  6. Now just hold the button shown on the interact prompt to activate the relay and finish the quest.
