You will need to set off on a few crusades and defeat three mini-bosses to unlock the ability to read minds.

The first step to reading minds is to casually speak to your followers. There’s nothing suspicious about that.
- Navigate to the Read Thoughts option
Go over to the section of the wheel on the left to find the read thoughts option.
Once you have the ability to read minds, you’ll be able to tell when members of your flock may be unhappy and prevent them from lowering your faith or even revolting before it even happens.
