Earth Crystals are a type of Mineral in Stardew Valley which are used for crafting, gifting, and more. The game has a ton of materials for you to collect and knowing how to get every one of them can be a hard task. So, here we will explain how you can easily get your hands on some Earth Crystals.

How to Get Stardew Valley Earth Crystals

The mines are the best place to find and farm Earth Crystals in Stardew Valley. You can get Earth Crystals in levels 1-29 of the mine. They spawn from floors 1 to 39, and can even be obtained from killing Duggies, which spawn on levels 1-29. You can also get them from Geodes and Omni Geodes.

Once you find a Geode, grab it and take it to the blacksmith to be broken down. There’s a 1/16 chance that your Geode will have an Earth Crystal. They can rarely be obtained from killing Haunted Skulls and you can even find them in water while panning. There’s also a slight possibility that Wilderness Golems might drop them. 

Wilderness Golems on the Wilderness Farm map have a 0.05% chance of dropping an Earth Crystal when killed. Lastly, these can also be found in Fishing Treasure Chests. Earth Crystals are required to create both the Mayonnaise Machine and the Earth Obelisk and even for the Geologist’s Bundle in the Boiler Room. 

You can use Earth Crystals to make a Shirt in Stardew Valley’s Sewing Machine or for random quests on the Wanted Board. Every quest rewards you with 150g and 150 friendship points. Stonefish will require five Earth Crystals to upgrade the pond from 3 to 5 fish.
