Being able to equip accessories in NBA 2K23 throughout MyCareer is a very simple process, only taking a few steps:

  1. Hit Start in MyCareer to access the Menu.

    Everything you need will be here.

  2. Go to MyPlayer > Appearance.

    From here, endless options await.

  3. Customize your on- and off-court look.

    From the city and rec center to the club, pick and choose your style.

And there you have it, everything needed in order to equip accessories in MyCareer in NBA 2K23. While players begin the game with default options in terms of clothes, headbands, skateboards and the like, many more of each—and then some—can be unlocked via objectives, quests, and special rewards.
