How Long Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Takes to Beat

If you’re simply trying to get through the story, it’ll take you around 10-12 hours to reach the credits in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.

For those looking to 100% the game, you’ll be looking at closer to 15-17 hours to complete. This includes getting every weapon, completing side quests, finding all the collectible Gold Bolts, and unlocking most of the trophies.

What to Do After Beating the Game

You can extend your playtime even more by taking on the Rift Apart’s Challenge Mode (read: New Game Plus). This allows you to start the game over again, but with all of your upgrades and weapons.

Enemies will be tougher in Challenge Mode, but your fully-loaded arsenal of weapons and gadgets should help balance things out.

Completing the entirety of Challenge Mode isn’t needed to get the Platinum trophy, though you will need to start it to purchase two weapons that only appear in this mode.

All Planets in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart

  3. Scarstu Debris Field
  4. Savali
  5. Blizar Prime
  6. Torren IV
  7. Cordelion

You can revisit each planet if you want to grab more of the collectibles you missed, but there’s only one ‘mission’ on each planet to complete.
