How Ghost Survives in Modern Warfare 2

Ghost still being alive in Modern Warfare 2 has a simple explanation: Modern Warfare 2 is a continuation of a reboot, a sequel to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). If you’ve played through the original Modern Warfare 2 or its remastered version, and witnessed Ghost’s death, that no longer applies and isn’t canon anymore.
