While some outfits are simply there for your to look different, some options allow you to don a disguise right from the start of the missions, as they’re often tied to starting locations.

How to Unlock New Outfits in Hitman 3

The first and most obvious way to unlock new outfits is to complete challenges (the Escalation ones in particular) and get the rewards they offer.

If you head to the Career tab from Hitman 3’s main menu and look at challenges, you’ll see all the objectives split into each location. Most of them offer XP, but the Escalation ones usually grant outfits upon completion. Just complete what’s needed of you and you’ll add it to your collection.

You can also unlock new outfits via Mastery levels, in a way. For each location, you’ll unlock new starting locations at various Mastery Levels, which see Agent 47 start the mission in a particular disguise. For example, if you start from the kitchen in the Dubai mission, you’ll be in a kitchen staff outfit from the outset.

That doesn’t mean you’re able to unlock the outfit to use in other levels or combine with other starting locations, but it does give some freedom to the levels and how you can approach them from the get go.

How to Change Appearance

As for new outfits that you actually unlock in Hitman 3, you can equip them from the Planning section of the menu before jumping into a mission.

In the bottom left tile you’ll see what Agent 47 is already set to be wearing. Select that option and you’ll be able to switch between any of the outfits you’ve unlocked.
