While NPCs often have set paths and you can easily follow where they’re going to go, they’re far from braindead. If they stumble across a dead body or someone who’s been knocked out, they’ll make it known and put everyone nearby on high alert. To stop that from happening, you’ll need to make the bodies impossible to find. So that you’re not leaving a trace of destruction, here’s everything you need to know about how to hide bodies in Hitman 3.
When you take out NPCs, their bodies will lie on the ground incapacitated, without any clothes on if you take their disguise. Thankfully, you can move the bodies out of open spaces.
How to Hide Bodies in Hitman 3
You can drag bodies by holding B if you’re playing on Xbox (circle on PlayStation) and simply drop them behind things or in bushes to make them harder to spot.
Alternatively, you can drag them to balconies or cliff edges and hold Y/triangle to dump them off. Doing that will kill them, however, so you might not want to do it to NPCs who are not the target of the mission.
Finally, if you hold the right bumper (RB/R1), you’ll see certain places glow gold. You’ll spot that crates and wardrobes are some of those items that show up in Hitman 3’s detective vision, and they are places that you can hide bodies.
All you need to do is drag the body over to it and press Y/triangle to dump it when prompted. Agent 47 will then pick up the body and hide it in the container so that no one nearby will spot it. Make sure you’re not seen hiding bodies in Hitman 3 though, as NPCs will start to attack you if you’re spotted.
