You’ll find the case file on the top floor of the Dartmoor building, in Alexa Carlisle personal office. It will be guarded by someone at the top of the stairs to the floor, someone at the door of the office, and someone inside the office. The best way to bet up there is to grab a disguise of a guard or sneak through the secret paths that are there.
