You can take on the disguise of a chef, grab poison from the bathroom, poison his food, and then take him out when he goes to puke.
Then, follow the person who’s taking you on the tour of the facility, as this is the only way to get in without the code for the door. Follow the tour, completing all of the objectives without being seen and Royce will take you to her office.
There, she’ll leave you on your own in the room with a computer terminal. On it there are options to fire three staff members, but you need to do so in the right order to be able to kill Royce without being seen.
What Order to Fire People in Hitman 3 Chongqing Certainty Principle
First of all, you want to fire Alicia Reynolds because she’ll disable the core’s safety mechanism. Then, fire Jeremy Bolt right afterwards so that Royce’s bodyguard is distracted.
Finally, after waiting for Reynolds to leave the core after disabling the security measures and Royce to enter it once more, fire Sharon Reed. This will see Royce burned up by the core as she tests it. In short:

- Quickly fire Jeremy Bolt second
- Finally, fire Sharon Reed third after Reynolds has left the core and Joyce has entered
