Finished Halo Infinite’s campaign and not sure what you should do now you’ve got free reign of Zeta Halo? Here are 10 things you can do in the post game/end game of Halo Infinite once you’ve beaten Master Chief’s final adversary.

1. Find All Mjolnir Armor Lockers

Arguably the most lucrative collectibles scattered throughout Zeta Halo are the Mjolnir Armor Lockers. There are 34 of these in total and each one will grant you a different cosmetic item to use in multiplayer.

These can range from armor skins, weapon charms, emblems, and vehicle paint coatings, so they’re well worth tracking down. You can easily find them by capturing all of the FOBs and then looking for the locker icons on your map.

2. Take Down Every High Value Target

The most enjoyable side activity in Halo Infinite is, without a doubt, the High-Value Targets (HVTs).

These task players with eliminating a high-ranking and dangerous member of the Banished forces. Each one has their own little backstory explaining why they’re deemed so valuable, and also has their own unique weapon variants you can pick up and call in from any FOB once you’ve defeated them.

While not all that challenging on lower difficulties, those playing on Heroic and Legendary will find some of these particularly tricky. Even so, they’re good fun, and there are 15 of them to take down.

3. Find All Audio Logs

For those looking to get a little more lore in their Halo Infinite lives, there are countless audio logs to find throughout the world.

Hinting at their location when you’re nearby with bleeps and bloops, these audio logs tell the story of Spartans, UNSC Marines, and the Banished so you can hear both sides of the story.

Not only are there a number of achievements tied to finding those (big up to my fellow achievement hunters), but they make for some interesting listening if you just can’t get enough of the Halo universe.

Keep in mind, though, that some of these are found within story missions and these currently cannot be replayed, so make sure you’re searching thoroughly before moving on. If you do miss them, the ability to replay missions is coming in a future update.

4. Reach Max Valor

If you’re just wanting to goof around in the open-world, then you’ll want to have some cool weapons and vehicles to do it in, and that means maxing out your Valor.

Valor is earned from completing story missions, rescuing UNSC Squads, and destroying Propaganda Towers and Banished bases.

Once you’ve reached the max Valor rank, you’ll have unlocked the Wasp to easily fly about the map, and the Rocket Hog — a Warthog with a rocket turret on the back.

The achievement ‘Who is Max Valor?’ is also tied to completing all Valor-awarding activities.

5. Find All 40 Banished Propaganda Towers

Halo’s Grunts are great. They’ve always been great. But in Halo Infinite, they get to share their humorous ramblings with the rest of Zeta Halo. That’s thanks to Banished Propaganda Towers that have been set up across the map.

There are 40 of these towers to find, and destroying each one awards you with a small amount of Valor. There’s normally a camp of enemies sitting nearby that you’ll need to take out, so make sure you’re well-equipped.

The issue with finding them is they don’t appear on your map, and the only way of tracking them down is to see them or hear the ramblings of a Grunt being amplified nearby. The closer you get to the tower, the louder it’ll get.

You’ll also get the ‘Off the Air’ achievement for destroying all 40, in case you needed another reason.

6. Play Through Again on Heroic or Legendary Difficulty

If you played through Halo Infinite’s campaign on Easy or Normal the first time around, then you can ramp up the difficulty to either Heroic or the unforgiving Legendary difficulty and try and beat it all over again.

You can have multiple saves, so we recommend doing this in a different save slot and keeping your first save free for picking up any missing collectibles.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to call in your friends to help you out in a co-op campaign yet, but just know that’s coming sometime after May 2022.

7. Fully Upgrade Your Equipment with Spartan Cores

Throughout the main story missions, Master Chief will inherit all kinds of different bits of equipment from his fallen fellow Spartans. The Drop Wall, Threat Sensor, Thruster, and Grapple are all cool enough when you first get them, but get a whole lot more interesting when you begin upgrading them.

Upgrading them requires Spartan Cores, though — yet another collectible to find throughout the world. You’ll need to find 45 Spartan Cores to fully upgrade all of your equipment, but a majority of these can be found within the open-world and are marked on your map with an upwards arrow icon.

Some of these could also be in story missions, so if you’ve not grabbed some, you’ll need to wait until you can replay missions to polish this one off.

8. Find All Forerunner Artifacts

Another interesting lore-rewarding collectible is the Forerunner Artifacts. These are far larger than the audio logs and spartan cores you’ve been looking out for and there are fewer of them, but they provide some mysterious recordings all the same.

Forerunner Artifacts are large circular structures that you’ll see throughout Zeta Halo, shown in the screenshot above.

Finding all seven Forerunner Artifacts will reward you with the Haruspis achievement worth 20 Gamerscore.

9. Collect All Skulls

Skulls have been a staple of the Halo campaigns ever since the original game. Tasking players with finding incredibly well-hidden skulls, these collectibles are easily the hardest to find.

There are 12 skulls in total throughout Halo Infinite, and each one collected unlocks a modifier you can then enable in your game.

For example, the Boom skull found in the first mission (there’s a handy video guide above, and one for the second skull here) doubles explosion radius, making for some even more chaotic skirmishes with the Banished.

10. Speedrun the Campaign for the Forza Veloce Achievement

Last but not least, you can put your speedrunning skills to the test by trying to unlock the ‘Forza Veloce’ achievement.

This tasks players with beating all 14 main missions in under eight hours. There’s also the ‘Gun Runner’ achievement which tasks you with taking down the three Banished AA guns you’ll reach when you end up on an island in the main story in under 20 minutes.
