WB Games’ latest comic book game has finally hit store shelves across multiple platforms. An action RPG with live-service elements to it, fans are surely ready to leap back into the DC universe to control many of Batman’s protégés. With its status as a primetime AAA game, questions have naturally been raised as to whether the game will be playable on Xbox’s Game Pass service. Gotham Knights Game Pass Availability Explained
To rip the bandaid off pretty quickly, no: Gotham Knights is not currently available on Xbox Game Pass. As of right now, the only way to get the game is to purchase either the Standard or Deluxe Edition of the game. It’s also not currently known if the game is set to be available on the service at any point.
If you’re holding out hope for the game to hit the service, there’s always the chance that it could happen. Recent superhero games like Marvel’s Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy did end up reaching the service following their releases, and WB Games’ own Batman: Arkham Knight is currently available on Game Pass. It may take a few months, but Gotham Knights could reach the service sooner rather than later.
