After you have progressed the game’s story to when you can talk to the spirit out in front of the Shibuya Central Hospital, you will be able to undertake the ‘Haunting Visions’ side mission in Ghostwire Tokyo, and this guide will take you through the steps required to beat it.

Haunting Visions Ghostwire Side Mission Guide

Follow this breakdown to finish the quest:

  1. Head inside and defeat the visitors. Go down the hallway on the left and use the elevator to go up to for 4F.

  2. Go down the hallway to the left until you get to room 403. Open the door and talk to Misaki.

  3. Go out the door to the right and head toward the 3F. Head down the stairs and to the left, defeating Visitors you come across along the way. Head through the kitchen and past the cafeteria until you reach an office.

  4. Use Spectral Vision to read the three notes on Owada and then open the sealed door that is out and to the left of the office.

  5. You should be able to enter the passcode of 74398 after reading all of the documents in the office.

  6. Head in through the hole in the wall on the right where the specter was heard. From here, go down the hallway on the right until you see Owada through another hole in the wall. Turn around through the hole in the wall and the monster will appear behind you next to Owada.

  7. Defeat the monster and then talk to Misaki and Owada.
