Developed by Sucker Punch Productions, Ghost of Tsushima is the latest PS4 exclusive game to be released this year. The game is set during the late 13th century time period, and players will take control of a samurai named Jin, who’s resolved to protect his clan and family from the ongoing Mongol invasion. Here’s how to get the Ronin attire in Ghost of Tsushima.
Getting the Ronin Attire in Ghost of Tsushima
As you play through Ghost of Tsushima, you’ll eventually start collecting various armor sets that serve different purposes, and you can pick one that best fits your play style.
Most of these armor sets can be obtained through optional Tale missions, but there are a few that you can get just by playing through the main story missions. The good news is that Ronin attire falls in the latter camp.
To get the Ronin attire, you’ll need to play through the first act of the game until you get the quest titled Blood on the Grass. This quest will pop up about halfway through the first act, and once you complete it, you’ll be automatically rewarded with the new armor set.
The Ronin attire comes with a few stealth-based perks, and we’ve listed them down below:
- Reduces enemy detection speed by 10%
- 15% increase to melee damage
- After leaving pampas grass while crouched, enemies will be much slower to detect you
While it’s not quite as effective as the Ghost armor, it still makes for a decent early game option for players who want to prioritize stealth. Just like all other armor sets in the game, you can also upgrade it to further enhance its perks if you have the right materials like silk and linen.
That’s all you need to know about how to get the Ronin attire in Ghost of Tsushima. Be sure to check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
