Ghost of Tsushima’s PS4 Pro Enhancements

The main improvement you’re going to find when playing Ghost of Tsushima on PS4 Pro is the 4K resolution. This, combined with the extra color fidelity HDR offers if you have a compatible display makes the game’s lush environments really pop and bring this gritty Samurai adventure to life. It’s worth noting HDR is available on both the standard PS4 as well as the Pro.

The 4K resolution will essentially offer up more detail in both the characters and the environments they find themselves in. However, you can also expect slightly quicker load times on the Pro, too.

If you prefer your gameplay to run at a silky smooth framerate, Ghost of Tsushima has an option where you can choose whether the game should prioritize an improved resolution or an improve framerate when playing on a PS4 Pro. This can be found within the ‘Display’ settings in the menus. You can change it back at any time.
