For those taking part in this week’s Marvellous Merchant event, you should prepare yourself to go and collect a bunch of different resources for Liben the merchant before he’s willing to hand over his Box o’ Marvels. Here are some Pinecone locations in Genshin Impact to help speed up the process.

Pinecone Locations in Genshin Impact

Finding Pinecones in Genshin Impact isn’t particularly difficult once you know where to look, which is a good thing since Liben wants 10 of them. Fear not, though: farming 10 should literally take a matter of minutes if you head to the Stormbearer Mountains.

In fact, Pine Trees, the tree that you’ll be plucking Pinecones from, can be found all over the northern region of Teyvat, so you can technically find them anywhere in the Mondstadt region.

Once you’ve located a Pine Tree, harvesting a cone is as simple as pressing Square (or equivalent button). Finding nine more should just be a case of wandering around the area for a minute or so. Don’t bother collecting any more than you need to since Pinecones are absolutely useless for anything other than Liben’s little quest — it’s a wonder he’s even interested in them!

And that’s everything you should need to know about Pinecone locations Genshin Impact to give to Liben. For more useful tips and guides on the game, be sure to check out Twinfinite’s wiki. You can also check out our scored review for our thoughts on the open-world RPG.
