Genshin Impact Domain of Forgery: How to Clear & All Locations

Clearing Domains in Genshin Impact is your primary way of earning experience and farming for the best loot. They are often incorporated as part of main and side quest content in the game, too, and some challenges task you with locating and clearing specific types of Domains. Here’s a list of all Domain of Forgery locations and how to clear them in Genshin Impact if you’re grinding toward ticking off the objective in your Adventurer’s Handbook.

Domain of Forgery Locations

Domains of Forgery reward players with Weapon Ascension materials once beaten, which can be used to Ascend weapons and items to a higher gear level.

There are two in the game, located in both the northern and southern areas of Tevyat. You’ll need to be at least Adventure Rank Level 16 to unlock them.

• Cecilia Garden is one location, which is just west of Mondstadt. You will need to go through a short process to unlock this area, which involves guiding four wandering spirits to their shrines.
• The Hidden Palace of Lianshan Formula is the second Domain of Forgery, which is located near Mingyun Village in Liyue (the southern Liyue region of the map).

How to Clear 3 Domains of Forgery in Genshin Impact

You may have come across a quest in the fifth chapter of the Adventurer’s Handbook that tasks you with clearing 3 Domains of Forgery. The wording is a little confusing here, since it’s not actually asking you to find three separate Domains, nor is asking you to clear all three levels of a single one, either (which would require a high Adventure Rank to achieve).

In fact, all you need to do is clear the first level of the Domain three times. So you can enter, clear the first level, exit, then repeat. You only need to be Adventure Rank Level 16 to complete this.

Once you’ve done that, the quest will clear and you’ll have ticked off another step in your investigation progress.
